Mr. Roberto Hung had medical coverage under Medicare, The Principal Healthcare from The Pampered Chef, Cobra from Dominick's Food Stores, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Physicians Mutual, etc.

My name is Gardenia C. Hung Wittler, eldest daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung, deceased Lombard resident homeowner and Illinois Victim of Crimes at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road. I am writing to you because Mr. Roberto Hung (deceased) has been denied Illinois Crime Victims Compensation by Corey-Anne Gulkewicz Assistant Attorney General, even when Mr. Roberto Hung was abused and murdered during his morning sleep as patient of Dr. Grodzin and other physicians and medical staff at Vencor Northlake Hospital after being treated at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. I am writing to you to file a complaint and dispute the denial of the Illinois Crime Victims Compensation financial assistance for the surviving family of Mr. Roberto Hung.
I, Gardenia C. Hung-Wittler, personally have to incur all the medical, legal, funeral, and extraordinary expenses involving the murder of Mr. Roberto Hung at Vencor Northlake Hospital by Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar on June 18, 1998, while Mr. Roberto Hung was under the care of Dr. Grodzin, other physicians, and medical nursing staff who witnessed the murder of Mr. Roberto Hung while he was asleep on the morning of June 18, 1998, before 7:00 a.m.
I am writing to you to appeal the denial of Illinois Crime Victims Compensation for financial assistance and reimbursement of the medical, legal, funeral, and other extraordinary expenses, incurred by the family of Mr. Roberto Hung, Lombard resident homeowner, taxpayer, and Illinois Victim of Crimes in the Village of Lombard, York Township, in DuPage County, Illinois, United States of America.
Please consider this letter of complaint against the denial of Illinois Crime Victims Compensation for Mr. Roberto Hung and surviving family members in the Village of Lombard, State of Illinois, U.S.A.

The Village of Lombard, Police and Fire Department have not compensated the Family of Mr. Roberto Hung, his Daughter, Lombard Resident Homeowner as Victims of Crimes, Structural Disaster Roofing Water Damages and Losses at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, one block southeast from St. Pius X Catholic Church, and one block southwest from Westmore Elementary School, near the Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White Motor Vehicles Facility.

The Lombard Fire Department, former Fire Chief Georges Seagraves, Keith Steiskal, and Lombard Police Chief Ray Byrne, Police Marilyn Gabinski, and others, have not compensated the Daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung for stealing personal clothing, belongings, and other household items from the garage at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard during 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.

In addition, the Village of Lombard has been damaging the existing landscape, shrubbery, Stark Bros. Golden Delicious Apple Trees, existing Rose Bushes, Lilacs, Spring perennials, and Strawberry plants growing around 502 South Westmore-Meyers and Washington Boulevard which have been purchased and planted by the Daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family from 1993 through 2008.

The Village of Lombard Board has not responded to numerous letters, correspondance, and personal inquiries that the Daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung has made for compensation and restitution for All The Crimes, Structural Disaster Water Damages and Losses, Stealing, Abuse of the Homeowners' Rights in the Village of Lombard, York Towship, DuPage County, Illinois USA. The Village of Lombard has not paid the Daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung as an Illinois Victim of Crimes during her life as a Lombard resident homeowner in Illinois.

WESTMORE-MEYERS ROAD, LOMBARD, ILLINOIS 60148 FOR CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE LOMBARD POLICE DEPARTMENT AND KEITH STEISKAL FOR THE LOMBARD FIRE DEPARTMENT HEADED BY GEORGE SEAGRAVES?

My name is Gardenia C. Hung, victim of abuse, heinous hate crimes as a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road in DuPage County, Illinois 60148. I have been writing to report crimes commited by the Village Lombard Police Department and Keith Steiskal, from the Lombard Fire Department. On November 5, 2008, Keith Steikal demolished my Lombard house and I am homeless. Since November 5, 2008, I have been incurring expenses and out-of-pocket charges to include a current Mastercard credit card bill in the amount of $2,187.54 for hotel lodging and additional telephone charges in the amount of $65.00 a month. The Village of Lombard and George Seagraves refuse to pay any other expenses as a result of the demolition of my Lombard real estate property, personal and professional assets, equipment, clothing, and household goods. I have been reporting that the Village of Lombard wants me to pay for all the demolition expenses as a Lombard homeowner. I do not have any money to pay any of those demolition expenses or any other out-of-pocket expenses charged by the Village of Lombard and DuPage County. At this time, I have not seen my brother Robert Santiago Hung Fong or my mother Mrs. Gardenia Fong Ramos with an alias name now, nor my former husband Nathan Scott Wittler Patriquin, though they are staying in DuPage County, Illinois. None of my family relatives or friends call me. The Village of Lombard refuses to call, write, or answer any of my inquiries. I have not received any responses from anyone about the crimes committed by the Village of Lombard and other accomplices in DuPage County, Illinois. Please help me resolve these criminal issues caused by the Village of Lombard Police Department and Keith Steiskal with the Lombard Fire Department. I can be reached by telephone and/or mail since I am currently in the Village of Lombard area and residing in DuPage County, Illinois.
